1. Had Blood Sausage on a BMI flight

from Manchester to Edinburgh a couple years ago....my wife couldn't believe I was eating the stuff for breakfast on a plane. Wasn't bad. Don't think I could handle Head Cheese, my dad loved that stuff though.

I'm not exactly a connoisseur, but I've had good head cheese and bad head cheese. Not a big fan; but there ain't nothin' wrong with it, and I'll gladly eat it if someone serves it to me.

A good blutwurst, on the other hand, I simply adore. German, pig's blood please. Served cold along other relish-tray wursts, some cheese, pickles, rye bread... YUM! :9
