I was so angry
Just received my first phone call in months from a telemarketing firm and it was a Hispanic that called. I told him he was never to call again, that I was on the no call list. If he ever tried to call again I would report him to Homeland Security. Yes, it is probably Homeland that gave him my number.

I was shocked that I received a telemarketing phone call, actually I can't tell you what he was selling, did not give him the opportunity to talk.

4. I was trying to figure out how to say that too.
Trying to give the poster benefit of the doubt, but not sure why...

5. Do you have a checking account? Banks can call you legally.

Do you have a credit card? Your card's company can call you legally.

Charities can also call you legally. No sense in taking it out on the poor guy stuck with the sucky, low paying job.

6. How'd you know he was Hispanic?
Besides, he may not have been a telemarketer--like a poster here said, credit card companies, banks, etc. can all call you.
