I seem to recall she was in the episode where Buddy is going to lessons for his bar mitzvah and Pickles thinks he's having an affair. May have been a different episode.

I remember her as a rather large blond lady.

Am I crazy?

Found it. Pickles did not appear in that episode, but she did appear in 4 other episodes. She was played by Joan Shawlee. Can't find a photo.
