10. Major conflicts with other programs |
|
Any other program that runs sound - for example, if a song is playing on another program, and I accidentally tell MM to play a song (like if I add it to the playlist - which automatically plays that particular song), I can count on the program locking up. Also, MM FREQUENTLY locks up when adding files and converting files.
It has a terrible interface with portable devices (yes, this includes the latest version, v. 10) and just lately, MM refuses to load at all. I hear half the jingle before it locks up. Been dealing with this recent problem all week now - with several emails back and forth to and from Tech Support. Have walked through all of their instructions 3-4x and still....nothing.
I have had it for several years and have just been "living with it" but now that it won't work at all, I'm desperate to get started on another program. I have to get a CD project in the mail TODAY and it looks like I'm not going to make it. :argh:
