What's your morning routine like?

- Hit the snooze button 3 times (5:30 comes early)
- pee
- shower and get dressed
- make my lunch and get breakfast together
- drive to work and eat breakfast at work
- check my daily internet sites
- browse DU for the rest of my morning while I'm attempting to work :)

Do you guys do anything weird or unusual in the A.M.?

1. Mine

-Wake up
-Get in the shower until the water gets cold
-Dress up
-Check out the Computer
-Gather the things I need
-Head out the door to catch the 6AM Bus.

2. First alarm 7:00

that's my stereo very loud, turn down to reasonable volume,
-second alarm 7:30,
-awake 7:45 - 8:00 swear several times about sleeping too late,
-stagger downstairs to start coffee,
-shower, shave &c.,
-start to drink coffee, and dress,
-breakfast with rest of coffee,
-to work,
-make coffee,
-get onto D.U.,
-think about starting to work.

3. Get off work at 7 am, drive the 7 miles to home

kiss my wife as she is leaving for work when I walk into the door, take my sleeping pills, get on the internet and check my e-mails and DU, and go to bed.

This all changes next week! My boss told me this morning I got the day shift bid and I start next week at 7 am. yippie....

4. Except I don't smoke, use a comb, or take the bus.

Woke up, fell out of bed,
Dragged a comb across my head
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup,
And looking up I noticed I was late.

Found my coat and grabbed my hat
Made the bus in seconds flat
Found my way upstairs and had a smoke,
Somebody spoke and I went into a dream

Really:

Wake up, pound the alarm off. Go back to sleep.

Wake up again, finally get out and hit the shower.

There is usually no time to eat and my routine is timed perfectly.

do my business in the bathroom
shower
shave
have a beverage of my choosing
check email/websites
put uniform on
search for keys
get to work a bit late
grab breakfast
work 12 hours.
