Computer graphics question - what's a "*.cit" file?
What program makes these? I received a bunch of drawings in .cit format and I have no idea what opens them, or what created them.

No way to contact the vendor that gave us these, either. They went belly-up and I'm trying to pick up the pieces.

Thanks!

1. Apparently, it's an "Intergraph Scanned Image".

And opens with a program called "Graphics Converter Pro".

And here's a useful resource to bookmark...site that will tell you the file type and program for any given file extension. http://filext.com/

Edited to add link to software: http://www.graphics-converter-pro.com/ (that should open the files)

4. Wow, that was quick!
Thanks for the responses - I don't have Graphics Converter Pro, but I do have comething called GraphicConverter on my Mac. I'll see if it can open these things.

Thanks again!

3. I think it's a proprietary format
for raster images that need to be compatible with CAD machines? I could be WAY off on that though, I haven't run across that in a while.
