Has anyone else read 'Confessions of a Dangerous Mind' by Chuck Barris? |
|
It is one of the strangest books I have ever read. The Host of the "Gong Show" being a CIA Assasin? It is VERY funny, and Barris is an excellent writer. I recommend this book to anyone who likes strange stories. I have no idea how much is true and what is exaggerated and fantasy. But this book is awesome.

5. One of my all-time favorite books |
|
It's completely exaggerated and total fantasy, which is why it's so hilarious.
Barris drowns himself in fantasy to fight back his own self-loathing, and at the same time fulfills a dream of his by becoming an author. And a pretty damn good one.
