Ya know Someone or something placed a decapitated cat on the concrete at the foot of the steps to my house(we live on the second floor.) It wasn't there when I left last night, but when I returned with Groceries, there it was... I wonder if these two things are related....Maybe they are out killing and mutilating cats for collars? Ok, I am only half joking here... There really was a decapitated Cat in front of my Steps last night. (Yes, I called the police...)
