Can you get Moon Pies in Los Angeles? |
|
Anyone? Anyone?
We are having a going away party for a lady who is moving to the South and I wanted to get some.
Any Southerners in L.A. who might know where I could get some?

1. You realise you have to get RC Cola to go with them, right? |

2. my best guess is to try random non-chain convenience or liquor stores |
|
And be sure to get some RC Cola to go with them. My mate, from the South, said they always got the two together: Moon Pies & RC. Good luck.

3. Yes, they are available in Southern California |
|
I've seen them in convenience stores and in vending machines.
Check the convenience store on Laurel Canyon Blvd about three blocks up the hill. I think I saw some there.

10. North of Sunset Blvd. - LCB goes up into Laurel Canyon |
|
I can't recall how far, maybe 1/2 mile. The road is tight and winding, and there is a convenience store on the right as you go up hill.
I make no guarantee of Moon Pies at the place now, but am pretty sure they had them last summer.

4. Check the .99c Store, Rite Aid, Walgreens or Save On. |
|
I believe those stores carry them in various forms.

11. I live in Houston Texas, but was in Costco yesterday, |
|
and they were giving out samples of both the chocolate/marshmallow ones, and the vanilla/banana ones. If you have a Costco there, you could try! Good luck! Yummy!! :hi:
