You know when you buy frozen cookie dough from kids |
|
the stuff they sell as fundraisers for schools?
How long does that stuff stay good in the freezer? I have some that says "Christmas 2003" on it and I want cookies. But I don't want to get sick.

2. I doubt you'll get sick if it's been frozen |
|
but they may not taste very good. You'll find out once you cook them. I've never seen kids sell cookie dough, though I've bought just about everything else.

3. I've never bought frozen dough, but I have frozen my own. |
|
It may have lost a little flavor quality, but it won't hurt you.

4. I'm sure it has enough preservatives, |
|
just turn out the lights and see if it glows in the dark. If it does, you should be safe.
(Sorry, I'm just in a REALLY good mood today!)

5. Wow, what do kids other places sell for school fundraisers? |
|
It's frozen cookie dough all the way here! But I see it's a fairly local company. http://janiescookieco.com/

Wrapping paper Magazines Candy Bars
One of our local grocery chains during the summer allows groups to sell hot dogs and chips out of a "trailer" outside the store. The store sells the hot dogs etc at a reduced price and the group retains the profits!
