Car polish/wax

I want to wash my car tomorrow and make it shine. What is the best car wax or polish on my car. Please remember I live in the hot sun of Az. I have a red Pontiac Sunfire convertible.

Also, what is the best way to clean the convertible top?

2. My body shop guy swears by

Meguiar's Deep Crystal Carnuba Wax. and that's what I use.
As for the convertible top-you are on your own. mebbe the car talk site has recommendations http://www.cartalk.com
