I always stay at hotels with swimming pools.. beaches are for reading, watching and just sleeping...not swimming in that ocean full of icky things...that might rub against your leg...

No rivers or lakes either.
I was standing in the water off the Chesapeake Bay one time with my brother, when we look down and saw what looked like one of those net things you drain spaghetti with right between us. Then we realized it was a ray, and got the fuck out of the water faster than Gee Dub can snort a line of coke off a stripper's tits.
Never again have I ventured into a natural body of water. I get the chills just thinking about it.
