2. it's full of peasants and pious greasy lipped republicans
church on every corner, bars in between. Lots of big hard hair. There are only three compact cars in the entire state. Everything else is a Ford F2500000 or an Expedition or a Suburban or a Hummer.

There are gated communities where people live in gigantic houses they can't afford and there are neighborhoods with goats and chickens running down the streets in front of clapboard houses with big nasty bling cars you know they can't afford, often right across the alley from each other.

The peasants need a new rebel leader. What say you Wat? If you come here I'll help with the judges and the lawyers. Just stay away from men with short swords and short tempers.

6. yes - for at least a little while longer
I'm making plans to escape to the northwest though.

There are some good things about Texas, but if I were going to say where the "split" is -- the big cities are lightest pastel blue and the rest of the state is dark red.
