1. Malware is any malicious code . . .

It's a general term for all malicious codes/programs such as spyware, adware, trojans, virii, etc.

2. Malicious software.

Backdoor, dialer, etc., generally bundled with something innocuous-looking.

4. Dialers piss the hell out of me.

Those fucking things are the work of the devil.

3. Malware is stuff like trojans and keystroke loggers.

"Spyware" does just that...it spies on your surfing habits for the purpose of either feeding you ads, spamming you with e-mail, or both.

Malware just makes your life hell by messing up your computer, or...in the case of keystroke loggers...capturing every letter you type on your keyboard, such as passwords, credit card numbers, etc, and reporting it back to a designated destination.
