What do you like on your pizza?
I'd say: Spinach, saparito (instead of sauce), riccata, and olive oil.
Or plain cheese. Or every vegitable every discovered.

How about you?

9. Spam!
Actually I've never had it, but there is at least one place on Spam-obsessed O'ahu that offers Spam as a pizza topping.

Oh yes, no one here except tourists eats the "Hawaiian" pizza with ham or Canadian* bacon and (ewww) pineapple. Me? Pepperoni, maybe onions, just like back "on the Continent".

33. Yes
this one works well for me. Like I said I use a bread machine to proof it but I think you can just put it in a humid place.

For 2 Pds of dough which makes 2 nice sized pies with a thin crust or 1 large thick crust pie

4 cups of all purpose
3/4 salt
2 tsp active yeast (rapid rise)
11/4 cups water (a bit more if it seems dry)
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil

mix the ingredients with a food processor or kitchen aid if you have one. I assume you could do it by hand if you had to just make sure the ingredients are well blended takes about 15 minutes

place it in a bowl with a warm wet towel (with a bit of oil on it) over it and let it rise for 20 minutes

take it out of the bowl and with a bit of flour punch it down and knead it for a minute or two
put it back in the bowl with the towel and put it in a warm humid location (you can put it on your stove with a pan of boiling water near by this works)
let it rise for another hour
take it out and cut it in half and let it rest on your board with a bit of flour after about 15 minutes you can shape it onto your pan
put your ingredients on top and bake it for 20 minutes in a hot 400 degree oven

works for me
