And what kind of sauce are you going to use?
And did you do it because you or someone else is allergic?

4. I used regular ol' ragu- |
|
checked ingredients first. I made it for myself, I have to stay on a gluten free diet.
It is delicious, can't even tell the pasta is made from rice flour instead of wheat flour.

9. Very easy. Just used a regular Baked Ziti recipe and used rice pasta |
|
Normally the rice pastas are not very good, they get really mushy and just do not test the same, but if you put enough cheese and sauce on it I guess it makes it test better.

12. Yes, the Quinoa is pretty good. The Corn I'm not too thrilled about |
|
There are a few out there with several gluten free grains. I'm limited to what Earth Fare has, unless I order online.

Glad to hear it makes good pasta; it's one of my favorite grains. It's a lot healthier than wheat and rice for sure. I've seen both the corn and quinoa pasta in a local health food store and wondered.

5. More of an autoimmune reaction. |
|
For some reason some gluten sensitive people get mad when you call it an allergy.

10. no apolgies necessary. It is easier to explain it as an allergy |
|
but on some of the gluten free/celiac boards calling it an allergy upsets them. They want to educate the public.
Several restaurants now offer a gluten free menu too.

it is hard staying gluten free, but eating gluten makes me so sick, it is worth it.
Sometimes though, I just crave pizza, donuts, rolls, etc.
