1. How does it taste?
And what kind of sauce are you going to use?

And did you do it because you or someone else is allergic?

4. I used regular ol' ragu-
checked ingredients first. I made it for myself, I have to stay on a gluten free diet.

It is delicious, can't even tell the pasta is made from rice flour instead of wheat flour.

9. Very easy. Just used a regular Baked Ziti recipe and used rice pasta
Normally the rice pastas are not very good, they get really mushy and just do not test the same, but if you put enough cheese and sauce on it I guess it makes it test better.

12. Yes, the Quinoa is pretty good. The Corn I'm not too thrilled about
There are a few out there with several gluten free grains. I'm limited to what Earth Fare has, unless I order online.

13. I like Quinoa
Glad to hear it makes good pasta; it's one of my favorite grains. It's a lot healthier than wheat and rice for sure. I've seen both the corn and quinoa pasta in a local health food store and wondered.

2. So I guess you are allergic to gluten
am I correct in this assumption?

5. More of an autoimmune reaction.
For some reason some gluten sensitive people get mad when you call it an allergy.

10. no apolgies necessary. It is easier to explain it as an allergy
but on some of the gluten free/celiac boards calling it an allergy upsets them. They want to educate the public.

Several restaurants now offer a gluten free menu too.

7. Bingo!
it is hard staying gluten free, but eating gluten makes me so sick, it is worth it.

Sometimes though, I just crave pizza, donuts, rolls, etc.
