4. 17.85714%
or

0.1785714

On your calculator, 5 Divided By 28 = 0.1785714

or

17.85714%

10. Or if you are asking...
How many 5's can you get out of 28, then I would say 5.6

28 divided by 5 = 5.6

5. You mean 5/28 ths converted to percent?

Divide 5 by 28 and then multiply by one hundred.
It doesn't have to be done in that order, necessarily.

about 17.86%

Basically, you are solving this ratio..

5/28 = x/100
x = 17.86

You could also multiply 5 by 100, then divide by 28, if that is easier for you to calculate.

9. Oh, Gawd!!!
17.88% (rounded off, of course).

There's a calculator on your computer in the Accesories, probably. You need to learn to use it.

why would I want to do that?

By the way, which ones are they? I count 7 letters in "asshole", not 2, so it can't be just spelling it out. A shortcut for "asshole". who'd a-thunk it?
