just about any over the counter antihistamine should work, too. diphenhidramine i think is the active ingredient in there that's also used in otc sleep aids like unisom.

ny quil is nasty but at least it works. hope you get some sleep soon.

2. i was on the 4 hour cold meds for a week straight.

so sick i just got up to take the meds and pee. thought i was dead at one point started to see things like like horror dreams and shit. during the fever. and it was soooooo damn hot in my apartment!!

i had my window open and it was like 15 degrees out and still 100 degrees inside.

i kept thinking about bacteria growing. yuck. hope you get well soon.

drink up dude. you only live once and nyquil ain't gonna kill you. its the air and the water and everything else out there thats gonna get ya. sloooowly. have a great day.

oh and get a flu shot just for fun! there are plenty out there now. this country. i bet there was a reason for that too. aspirin sales are down.
