No snow here in Seattle. Just dry and very gray. (It's trying to rain.)

2. Nice picture.
I have to admit that there is a sort of stark beauty in winter. It's hard to describe.

Thanks for the picture.

3. I like the lonely looking tire tracks.
Makes me wonder about where the cars that made them were going.

That thought would never cross my mind in the Summer.

4. Wow!!!! You can actually see some street there....
Ours has not been touched by the city, despite the fact that the local Democratic ward committeeman lives a half block away.

9. We bought a fairly large snow thrower this year.....
22 inch, 5 HP. No frills. And it's come in quite handy so far.

14. bought mine a few years ago
and, of course, didn't need it for 2 years. it snowed and snowed that year, and there were none to be had. so i ordered one from troy built. it was supposed to arrive in a few days, but they sent it to michigan. it snowed and snowed while it was in transit, nearly 2 weeks. not another flake fell after it arrived. had nothing but a little dust the next 2 winters. took some ribbin' over it.

10. Out my front window, about 3pm today

If you look in the bottom left of the picture, that pink thing is the head of a flamingo buried in snow.

13. I've shovelled five times today.
Still have to go back out one more time to get the sidewalk on the side of the house. Gotta love those corner lots!

You look like you've got at least 16-20".

BTW, Vendooza's playing tonight at Cal's. LOL!!!! Don't think I'll make it.

I swear, everytime they play out these days, there's a huge storm.

...my Congressman.....

I'm glad I don't live in Texas anymore.

It only snows once every so often. But DeLay was my Rep, everyday.
