Very interesting in many ways
The rich can just order up private jets and travel where ever they want and avoid the lines and search of the commoners flying - so when they say we are more secure - Hhhmmmmmm - anyone with money can do this

this was a incredible show on jets with spas and bedrooms and whatever you wanted - it was like a home in the sky - or for some they get the smaller model which is a limo in the sky

then there are those that have a private gated community of homes with the ability to fly their jet right up to the door -

quickly they can load and be gone to Paris for dinner or anywhere in the world - this is so amazing - so many of us just wonder about a home and roof over our heads - and yet we have this whole other group of people who are very rich

Place in florida where it is a gate community

John Travolta lives there too

1. I found out about this
not from a TV show, but from my boss. He hobnobs with the president of a trucking company affiliated with one of the major delivery companies, and has a corporate jet. He takes trips to see sports games and to go gambling with this guy. He says he won't fly commercial anymore because of all the hassles, but there is no security checks for the jet.

Isn't this a huge loophole in our security? Or is there really a 'war on terror' going on in this country-or is it really a 'war on anyone who disagrees with Bush'?

2. no war on terror - there are so many loop holes - it is a image
by frisking the commoners - they can image they are safer and vote for *

incredible all the illusions of safety - the mexican border is wide open and lots of other areas - but we make people take off their shoes and 'feel' up grandmothers in front of grandchildren in the name of safety

I have found this whole 'illusion of safety' false for some time

but this show besides being interesting about others lifestyle that I can only dream of - let me know there are plenty of ways around security for anyone with money - the saudis have plenty of money and they are the ones who helped the hijackers

the commoners are the ones taking the hits on all fronts -

wow - I would really rather be rich
like paul newman or john travolta or any of the others that help others while still enjoying themselves

3. right on-
Sam Waterston is in that group. He's well off, but just about any non-profit or an organization with a worthy cause knows they can count on him for help. He does a lot of free 'voice overs' for non-profits, and narrates "The Visionaries" gratus. He raises money for different groups in the NYC area, and has been on the Board of Directors of Refugees International for 18 years.

4. I used to want to
be rich enough to fly first class. After 9/11 and the stupid security crap since then, my goal in life has been to be rich enough to fly private jets everywhere.

And there's no security issue with not going through security if you're on a private jet. They don't contain enough fuel to do a lot of damage if crashed into big buildings. Plus, the people that can afford to fly them, aren't going to do that anyway.

The very rich really live a different kind of life.
