I usually don't recommend re-purchasing a CD, but...
The new re-release of the Jefferson Airplane albums have been meticulously remastered, in delicious 24-bit sound, and (for these new releases) have bonus tracks and detailed liner notes!

:9

2. Hardly! I don't believe in crass marketing. Only when there's a point.
And this time, whoo boy, there's a point. :D

3. Yeah...
but I only like that one song

the one that goes:

one pill makes you larger
and one pill makes you small
and the ones that mother gives you
don't do anything at all

and so forth.

I found it in a collection of my parents LPs when I was like 14 and I asked my mom if she did a lot of acid when she was a hippie.

She did.

4. That's "White Rabbit,"
inspired by Alice in Wonderland, in case you were wondering.

7. We built this city on rock and rollllll.....
Too bad...I heard "We Built This City", "Sara", and "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now" before I ever knew Jefferson Starship/Starship/whatever had existed with a different name (well, some of the members anyway).

And I don't believe I've ever heard an original Jefferson Airplane song.

I hope they're happy!
