Well, let's see now...Roast saddle of Possum is out because of the big tyre track across its back...
I think Possum Pudding, with some Chanterells and Capers, done up in a suet pastry shell might do well. For the sides, Pickled Root Vegetable and perhaps Potted Possum.. If we had more than an hour, I'd boil everything off the skull and use it for an accent on the plate....

1. Take one possum. 2. Cook 'er up real good in a big ol' kettle filled with broth, green's, carrot's and shit. Put on your "Kiss the cook" apprin so you don't git dirty. 4. Drink a few longneck's and let it fester. 5. When the meat is fallin' off the bone, put on your fanciest platter. 6. Sprinkle with tabasco, 'n Lawry's. 8. Surround with boiled onion's, tatter's and the green's and carrot's. 9. Injoy!

1 possum 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Place in crockpot and cook for 7-8 hours.
That soup would make sewer rat edible.
