I wanted to poach my snapper filets in white wine and the only thing in my stash was this bottle I bought in Germany a few years ago.

I was surprised the spouse didn't drink any, maybe it was because he couldn't read the dayum bottle!!! I tasted as I cooked dinner and having the rest for bedtime....
