Did Plaxico Burress really quit?

I heard that he had a hissy fit after the game (about getting only 4 passes thrown his way) and said it was the last game he'd play for the Steelers?

I wanted them to cut him before the season, but he ended up doing a good job. I think the Steelers could live without him if they just got some average fast guy (like the Pats David Patten), not a superstar with a superego.

He's not as bad as Randy Moss, but the Steelers could do better I think.
