1. On the mother...... perhaps
Being pregnant sucks, and childbirth REALLY sucks.

2. I wasn't even thinking about the birthing process
It's raising them that strikes fear into my heart.

Of course, I'm a guy.

12. but they're sooooo much fun
they really are. There's not a day goes by that they don't make me laugh with their pitiful little selves. I do fear for their futures though.

10. People curl up into a fetal position in times of anxiety and stress....
... they do so because that was the most comfortable and secure time in their existence. They get thrust into the real world then.......

15. I did not. I wasn't even sick or anything, but my back
got so bad I was going to the Chiropractor every other day (she gave me a Sunday appt - only for preg. patients).l I carried them high, my ribs turned, and my internal organs were shoved so high that I could barely breathe. Childbirth is oh so undignified !! My sister in law decided to sneak in and watch the birth. She barfed and had to be revived by one of MY nurses. My hubby had to be slapped to snap out of his horror. I had over 130 stiches and had to sit on a donut for 2 weeks.

LOVE the KID, HATE the PROCESS. Can't they just 'beam them out'??????

8. bush claims that he has been to war (hah!) and has raised
kids and that war was preferable... which I guess only suggests that being a dad was harder than serving the champaign unit of the guard that let you take unlimited time off...
