A silly yet strangely legitimate question
Edited on Tue Jan-25-05 01:44 AM by Sannum
When they add an amendment to the consutition, do they write it at the bottom of the historical document? Do they stick a post it note with the new amendment, or do they just turn it over and write it on the back?:P
