So very bitter...

Maybe I need to get more sleep, or maybe it's because I'm not a "people person", but I can't stand the lounge today. I come here to relax, not to be flame-baited on how I treat cats, told I'm a horrible person contributing to the downfall of society because I play video games that have violence in them, and listen to shallow fashion rants about prom dresses or lipstick. I swear some people need to lighten up and realize no one is perfect, even themselves!

3. Well, maybe they have a point!

It seems to me that we are becoming very unwelcoming to new people here and the piling on I've noticed lately in the lounge is really upsetting and unnecessary. And I don't think he/she was calling anyone out, they were just expressing how they felt about their treatment here. A legitimate complaint, frankly. I'm beginning to wonder what's going on with some people here myself, because the atmosphere is starting to get really nasty at times. Think how that must look to the newer people.

'what the hell' and go on about my business.

I don't care about other people's judgement of me--if I did I would be upset all the time.

15. you're right

and usually I can let it go too. It just seems like it's overloaded me today. I guess part of it is I can't see how people can expend that much energy in caring about and making such a big deal out of what is essentially nothing in the long run. Which admittedly is what I'm doing. :crazy:
