Fifty-five years ago today India crafted her constitution and barring any sort of nuclear holocaust or natural disasters or CHINA or vague terrorist threats and subsequent protective measures nationwide against these vague terrorist threats that amount to institution of an emergency state India shall proudly remain (sort of) a "SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC" (edit: oh yeah, barring factional violence and crippling poverty too)
