Name the Conservative Celeb that You HATE to LOVE
Edited on Wed Jan-26-05 02:24 AM by Rowdyboy
Mine's easy....I know he's a "right-winger", I know he's a fundamentalist Christian nut case, but I find Mel Gibson incredibly attractive. Sorry, I realize this may keep me from enlightenment but, he is one hot, older guy.

1. Yeah........ Gibson had his moment of glory
He has now become so obsessed w/ the 'cloud being' that he is a caricature of himself.

Me, I used to REALLY like Clint Eastwood. Now I do not.

3. Johnny Ramone
Although he is dead now, he was a major reason the Ramones stuck together and survived all those years as a band having no Billboard #1 hits in America. Plus, they had a great anti-Reagan song called Bonzo Goes to Bitburg even though he liked Reagan, oh gag me. Anyhow, he played guitar and played a big part in the band from what I have heard.

23. Definitely Johnny Ramone
Yes he was a RW nut, yes he was a control freak, but he was the glue that kept that band together for 20 years. Oh yeah, and he was Johnny-freakin'-Ramone!

4. Big Mel is not a fundamentalist.....
He is a regressive Catholic who worships in Latin......

He is stuck in the 15th century....

Beside, all of his movies are exactly the same, just variationns on the action figure.....

Hamlet made me cringe......

Oh, The Year of Living Dangerously was a splendid little movie, but that was so long ago, so far away......

your kick!...I can't help it. Mel Gibson is so physically pretty that I just can't hate him, try as hard as I might. However, If getting my ass kicked by Skittles is the punishment, I'll gladly bend over and take mine.

"Thank you ma'am! May I have another?" I'm easy that way.....

I judge actors, musicians, and so on on the basis of their work. Not their politics. A good, or at least competent, performance stands on its own, as far as I'm concerned.
