Best friend's little sister.
We slow danced to Lets Pretend by The Rasberries in the basement.
45's on a portable record player, light turned off.
About 5 years later we dated for a while until her dad called me off and said no way, ain't gonna work, b'bye now, thanks for playing.

Your time will come.
I thought I would never kiss a girl for so long.
I got my first at about 17.5.
Then when I was 18, I got my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th all from different girls. Then I finally got a girlfriend and got my 6th to 100th.
You never know what lies around the corner. Kisses just seem to pop up out of nowhere. Wait 'till you get to college.

Just ask. It's like pulling a band-aid of your hairy leg. The quickest, most painless way is just to ask. You have to ask like it's not a big deal though.
Start with the girl you talk with the most! Go down from there (no pun intended). ;)

I kissed the boy next door at 5 - it was a peck on the lips, but we were certain at the time we'd end up married some day.
I had a couple of lame kisses in Junior High, but the first real, heart-pounding, curl-your-toes-he's-so-dreamy kiss was Freshman year.

Some of us are just different, I guess. I didn't even go out on a date until I was 20. I don't know what the future holds, but I'm probably staring virginity in the face at least until I'm 30.
Several months ago, I registered on eHarmony.com, and took their personality test. Then when they asked me within how many miles of me I wanted to see any prospective women who I was compatible with, I went broad and said 250 miles. It's been over 6 months, and I still haven't gotten any replies.
I keep trying to convince myself that life is more than just relationships with the opposite sex.

93. I started way late, too |

I was 21 when I first kissed a woman. I was very shy thoughout high school & college.
My first date was my sophomore year in college - I think it was right around when I turned 20.
In my junior high graduating class, I was votest shyest. In my high school graduating class, I was also voted shyest.
I'm still fairly quiet, but not quite so shy anymore.
My only advice would be to just go out & date and don't worry about relationships. My big problem throughout my 20s was that when I did go out on a date, I'd get so worked up about possibly getting into a relationship, that I often blew it...

86. 13. Kissing leads to... |
|
I was engaged in the big deed by 15. (So was my wife, but not with me.) Looking back now, that's pretty scary. It's why we try to have frank talks about sex with our kids, 10 and 5. It's never too early.
My oldest boy, 10, BTW, says he thinks the concept of sex is disgusting!(?)! He says he plans to remain a virgin forever. We told him we think this is fine but we'll see once those hormones kick in. :-) ;-)

90. exactly! those hormones are dangerous. |
|
i agree about being open with them about stuff early on.
my mom always told me kissing would lead to that too, so i did my best to prove her wrong! so i guess her form of "the talk" worked because i didn't rush into anything else. the kiss was enuf for moi!

I just had a few months after that kiss when I was 15 too. Sometimes it's too hard to resist, but I was extraordinarily responsible and we were prepared. Sex is a wonderfully wonderful invention at times. :D

91. 16 - totally hot older lifeguard with a "Zig Zag Man" tatoo |
|
Okay, so my tastes have changed somewhat over the years, and Zig Zag Man wouldn't cut the mustard. But I'm still a sucker for a sunburned nose and tanned feet.

Paul. He had ginormous buck teeth. And he slobbed all over me. It was horrible. I think he was chewing on my lip. I had to wipe off half my face when he was done. I swore I'd never kiss again.
