Chicken 'fingers,' chicken 'breasts' -- Semantic cannibalism?
Chickens aren't mammals. They don't have breasts in the strict sense and they sure don't have fingers. Isn't it odd that people would rather eat something called a 'finger' than something called a tendon or strip or nugget? But wait...

The weirdest tie-in promotion of all time: Burger King and The Rugrats. For a while back in 1999, Burger King was selling chicken nuggets shaped like the Rugrats, eg. human babies! Kids lined up to get their little human baby shaped chicken and dunk them in barbeque sauce, sweet sour and honey mustard. And most surprisingly of all - no one seemed to object to the cannibal angle.

I guess this speaks to the power of marketing and group-think. People can't see what is right in front of them, no matter how abhorrant it should be. Oh well, I'm off to eat a weiner...
