TJ Hooker is the greatest TV show of all time! |
|
I watched an episode of TJ Hooker on A&E last night. OMG! It was so bad, it was great! I didn't really watch the series back in the early 80s, but i'm going to watch now. The combination of Shatner and bad stories makes a wonderful cheese!

I remember Shatner hosting SNL back in the Ollie North days (they opened with a skit of him as North). They parodied Star Trek, Star Trek Conventions, and of course T.J. Hooker. The whole skit was just him on a car hood. At first he tries to get the bad guy to stop the car, but after a while he just accepts his predicament and writes letters, takes naps, and gets covered in snow as the seasons change.

I saw them taping a scene on a street in Los Angeles in 80's,his line was something like"Where is he(the perpetrator)?",someone in crowd watching yelled something like"He's behind the car!"and Shatner got extremely pissed off, yelling "Who said that!?"and I heard someone in crew say Shatner's knee was really bothering him that day,I guess he has a bad knee.It was funny because lots of people laughed out loud when they heard the person yell and Shatner was shooting his eyeballs all over everyone trying to figure out who did it,very angry.

8. Have you seen him lately? |
|
I don't think he wears a rug anymore. He had some type of hair transplant. Poor Shatner...If he only knew how silly those rugs looked.

10. I saw Elton John on some show and it looked |
|
like he'd had a hair transplant as well.
I think he's since gone back to the toupee.
