A very long time ago I was once a retroviral brainwashee with a similar mental illness like yours, whining about Vietnam, sympathizing and encouraging our enemies to take heart and kill Americans. THEN I GREW UP and apologised, and now do what I can to support our brave men and women who protect our lives with theirs.

I tried to enlist and am too old. Since 9/11 I have done volunteer service with an emergency service for a year; we have "adopted" a soldier and regularly send packages to the troops overseas; I have helped with a rally for the troops, and worked to get out the Bush vote in the last election.
