Problem is that most printer inks fade. You could print on to adhesive back paper available from any Office supply store. Then spray the art with UV resistant clear spray from your local art store.

Sorry not a great solution. You could upload the art to Cafepress.com and buy the bumper sticker for $2.99 (please for your own personal use only).

A great thing to do is put the stickers on magnet sheets, also available from the office supply stores. That way you can change or take off the stickers when you park somewhere.

Freepers hate free speech and might key your car.



on edit: Kinkos or your local printer might have a cost effective and weather proof solution.
