Debbie (Gibson) Does "Playboy"
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/eo/15787

Apparently, Debbie Gibson is trying to revive her electric youth.

The '80s pop phenom, whose hits included "Foolish Beat" and "Into Your Eyes," bares it all in the March issue of Playboy, which hits stands Feb. 11.

The layout reportedly features a "well-defined, yet very sexy, feminine look" for Gibson and marks a departure from her squeaky-queen teen idol image of yore.

"I was born in the wrong era," she told USA Today in 2001. "I'm not comfortable with showing everyone everything. I never say never though. I've said I'd never get a tattoo and I got one."

Coinciding with her body-baring shoot, the singer will release her new, aptly named single, "Naked." She is also at work on a cover of Hall & Oates' "Rich Girl," which will be on her upcoming album.

2. Brtiney Spears take note
This is what you'll be doing once you're in your 30s - although from what I've read, Debbie has more irons in the fire than what you would expect.

9. Rememebr the J. Geils sone? My angel is a centerfold?
Well, I still have the Playboy where a girl I went to high school with bared it all as a centerfold. There are actually pix of her (clothed) in there at the place I worked then, too!

Sigh...

4. Debbie Gibson rulez over Tiffany!
Although Tiffany had the mall rat market cornered. Plus, since she gave up the acid-washed jeans, she's a pretty cool person now.

She's gone by that for some time now, apparently she doesn't like the cutesy Debbie thing anymore.

Didn't mean to shout. :)

13. Terri Polo is in the current edition
She is in "Meet the Fockers" and is on "West Wing" as Jimmy Smitt's wife.

NICE!

The corner store cracks open one Playboy each month so regulars check it out for free. I saw her (Polo) on LEtterman and had to check it out.

18. Terri Polo is beautiful
I saw that layout. She is a good actress. I like her on the West Wing. Stockard will leave tough shoes to fill (absent the DUIs) as first lady, but I would not mind Terri Polo every week or so.

23. Hey, I was "reading" Playboy when I was 11...
The possibility that she could have reproduced by the age of 23 is NOT beyond the realm of possibility.

There was one of those "4 Generations" pictures in the paper recently. Great-Grandma was 44, Grandma was 30, Dad was 16, and he had a newborn..."Dad" got a late start, I guess...

The down side of being a pop sensation is that sensations wear off. But old pop sensations never die--they just porn away.

On edit: "well-defined, YET very sexy" and "feminine?" What the heck does that mean?
