I talked to a girl from India today-reactivating M/S xp!
I'm sorry but I wish I could talk to a native english speaking person. This girl sang the words more than speaking clearly. I had to ask her to repeat herself numerous times but we got the job done.

She said her name was "Mary"??? Really? I didn't know that was a popular name in Bombay. LOL!!!!

Oh, Bill Gates- U SUCK! I activated this copy once. Have you not heard of reformating a hard drive?

2. As the person who USED TO be the one you would talk to...
...and had to train those people who took over, I feel your pain.

My last few weeks at MS dealing with people who spoke in very heavily accented English were downright nightmarish.

And yes, they always use "nom du phones" like George or Mary.

4. Yet another reason to get a Mac...with the proliferation of
Apple owned stores there is ready access to English speaking tech advisers at the Genius bar...

In fact, go to any of the 102 Apple-owned retail stores in the world and - if you are willing to wait - you will be treated to what is an increasingly rare service: free face-to-face technical support.
