I COVET PIZZA!!!!
OK, usually I'm very healthy. For example, today I had a chicken breast over brown rice and spinach, and I've been eating roasted, unsalted almonds throughout the day for good fats.

In addition, breakfast was high fiber cereal, fat free milk, a protein shake with OJ and a teaspoon of flax oil.

BUT...occasonally I get the urge for something completely unhealthy. That's right, pizza. Bad carbs, bad fats and bad salt. No nutritional value. Oh and I love beer with pizza, kind of like PB&J, salt and pepper, Lennon and Mccartney, pizza and beer.

3. Nothing wrong with pizza now and then.
I wouldn't say it has NO nutritional value. Get it low on meat, light on cheese, heavy on veggies, and you're good to go.

4. But...but thats just it
It's not really a pizza unless it has enough artery clogging goodness to wax those capillaries for a while...

5. Sure it is. A little less meat and a little less cheese isn't that
noticable. And I always get tons of veggies on mine, even if I get extra cheese. ;)

7. I did that last week.
(It was filing week.)

Pizza, Chinese food, crap galore (Wasn't that a character in a James Bond movie? :P) I'm still up a few pounds. Must... work... out.... I've been so lazy in the cold weather and with my crazy schedule the past couple months, but it's getting bad. :(
