Whenever I keep my patio door open I hear the adult people in the house behind me yelling and screaming, then their children are crying and screaming, then silence, then yelling again. This really bothers me because I am not too sure if they are abusing their children. My hearing is not the greatest, not too sure what they are saying but the screaming and crying is bothering me. I like to have my patio door open but their screaming, yelling and crying is really bothering me. If they are abusing their children, I would like to report this but have no proof except for the noise. Maybe they are just loud people. My patio door is on the side of my computer, should I just keep the door closed? I know without any proof CPS won't do anything.

yeah call for a noise complaint and get cops over there. they can check it out and easily see if ne thing is up, besides the noise
