I'm saving this picture.

Although, come to think of it, "dead or alive"...isn't that what bush promised?

ON EDIT: Welcome, MonkeyFunk! :hi:

4. I suppose it's a new trend in journalism.
They can't possibly be accused of not presenting actual facts. Maybe if Schroedinger was a reporter, Osama would both be dead AND alive.

(and thanks. :hi: )

28. Yeah, but
right now we don't know either.

And shouldn't that be cited to Heisenberg rather than Schroedinger?

Could we get a little more info about this picture? Did you take it yourself, or did someone else forward it to you? Did anyone else here see this on CNN?

21. Here's the scoop on the pic, Skinner.
http://www.bigbrainboy.com/blog/bigbrainboy/the_sad_sad_face_of_modern_journalism

It was on a blog/newsletter that I happened by yesterday. I wish I had taken it. The entry date is 1/26/04, but the CNN graphics look "older" to me somehow.

26. This actually is kinda old.
I remember sending it to Peter Werbe back when he was still on ieAmerica radio, probably around March or April 2003. (After research - 2/25/2003).

But it still lends itself to be used as a barometer of how inane CNN has become in the last 6-8 years.
