I just gave my first political speech.
It was great! I even have a groupie.

Well, at least I think she might be groupie; I guess I won't know until until my next speech. If she shows up, she's definitely a groupie.

Yeay me! This was fun, to bad I'm a Liberal... otherwise the govt would pay me to do this.

5. I like giving speeches but I prefer to just to a Q&A with people.

10. Q&A is good
But usually you need a short talk to get them going.

It's so much more intellectually invigorating taking part in a discussion. Writing a speach can be done in a very rarified manner, but in Q&A people will throw angles, or ideas at you which you've never considered; you have to think on your feet. Gives me an adrenaline rush personally.
