1. 5 pounds of chicken wings
about 2 or 3 bottles of Emeril's wing sauce , cook in 350 oven for 35 minutes, turn wings over and cook for another 25 minutes or so. mmmm good. And some chili to go with that, guaranteed heartburn, but hey, you only live once.

4. So added
That sounds wonderful. Love Emeril's dressings for salads. Don't know where I will find the wing sauce, but I will look for it. :)

6. MY CHICKEN WINGS ARE BETTER -- Cocktail Chicken Wings
1 Cup soy sauce
1/4 Cup oil
1/4 cup sherry
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp ginger
2 cloves chopped up garlic (1/4 tsp or so)
3 pounds chicken wings (make sure you take skin off some of the chicken parts. It makes the wings less fatty)

Clip wings and discard tip. Marinade overnight in sauce. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 325 degree oven. Turn often to distribute in marinade.

Serve with Napkin

HAVE BEEN MAKING THIS FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS!!

You can increase ginger a little for more kick and putting in a little more sherry is better too.

I got this appetizer recipe from a cooking class = EVERYONE LOVES IT. It's Aunt Patty's chicken wings.

2. large flour tortillas, cream cheese, chilis (hot to mild, per preference)
Edited on Fri Jan-28-05 07:18 PM by pinto
spread cream cheese on tortilla, cover with diced chilis, roll tight, cover and chill.

Cut "chili/cheese roll" into bite size pieces at game time....

(on edit) this one's got a million variations. Ya got your sun dried tomato thing, some cilantro?, go for it...you get the picture.

I am not a big fan of meat,...so that will be my treat!

3. I forgot super bowl soup
Brown six Italian sausages, when cooked, add half an onion and half a pepper and a tablespoon of chopped garlic. Add to this about 1/2 cup of carrots and half a cup of broccoli. When somewhat tender add one can of tomato soup, one can of water and one small can of diced tomatoes. Let stew for awhile and then add about four cups of water, four beef boullion cubes, some zuccini, mushrooms, broccoli tips and half a cup of ziti or what ever pasta. When all is cooked, top with a good parmesan cheese.

1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 cups shredded Cojack cheese
Sour cream

Place potato shells, skin side up, on broiler pan and brush with melted butter.

NEW BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup cocktail sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" strips

1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil

12. puffy cheese bread treat
I had this in a restaurant in Cody Wyoming and the waitress graciously gave me the ingredients, but not the proportions so I am working on it so you all can try it too:

1 cup of shredded Mozzerella cheese
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup butter softened
3 or 4 green onions minced

combine all ingredients in small bowl of food processor and puree

spread on halved French bread, or on French breac slices and broil

I think I need more mayo and butter so next time I am going to use 1/3 cup each. I will report my findings at the next meeting.

LOl, enjoy it is really good.
I put some garlic in it too, never too much garlic, I always say
