magnum 2 quarts; 2.49797 wine bottles
bottle wine 0.800633 quarts; 0.7577 liters

... you have to figure in the "proof".

80 proof spirits are 40% alcohol, 100 proof is 50% etc.

but how much alcohol is in it depends on what it is a shot of and what proof the beverage is.

most liquors are 80 proof. That's 0.6 oz of alcohol entering your bloodstream. :toast:

on edit: I'm generous, I use a full jigger. I feel like I'm cheating someone when I use less.
