Just did a walk around my new digs
It's the first sunny day here and I hadn't done a preliminary walk.

I had no idea there was that much lawn to cut. I'll cut it but someone else is trimming it god dammit.

However, lot's of space for a vegetable garden. However I think I'll by a gun cause there's so many deer around here. I must protect the food supply. ;-)

We have a fruit tree too! I don't know what kind, which is odd cause I grew up in a house that had an apple, pear, cherry, and plum tree in the yard.

6. deer? i just looked in the snow and found a deer track
in between the house and the neighbors fence. i live on the edge of town but this is the first time i`ve ever seen a deer track in 30 some years. dam next thing ya know they`ll be knocking on the door looking for a hand out.

7. Plant some rosemary. Deer don't much care for it.
Perhaps you can ask your local nursery about deer resistant plants.
