I'm begining to get into French techno music
Anyone else out there into this? If so, could you recommend some cds or bands? Thanks!

1. French Hip Hop is awesome too!
Their are alot of middle eastern rappers who grew up in France and Rap in French and Arabic...Me being able to speak Arabic makes it much more entertaining. :)

5. hey thanks!
I've been listening to Sirius ALOT Area 63, The Beat, Remix,etc. & they play ALOT of French techno. I don't speak or read French, but the titles are in French & everyone of them they play I LOVE!!!

15. I have a few of Dimitri's CDs
and I think they're very clever....but they don't qualify as Frnch techno. They're just coooooooool.

I think we got off subject somewhere along the way.

Someone said "French" & "Electronic" & I got all excited ;)

Dimitri's mixes are an absolute mess sometimes... but they're so campy, you gotta love em. "Sacrebleu," I believe, was his only album of originals.

His other stuff is predominantly obscure disco stuff that he reworks (different beat tracks, etc) and mixes. :7

He is great "drop the pressure" is one of my favorite songs.
The CD is called "Destroy Rock N Roll" is good.


Of course, Daft Punk is always good. If you like them you will love Mylo.
