They're a favorite amongst the Mexicans I know..they're a light brown color, very creamy. I cook them with a combo of chicken stock and water (bring to a boil with h20. let sit 1/2 hour. throw away fart water.) Add new water and some stock, chopt onions, garlic, a bay leaf. Simmer covered til soft. Add salt. Grate cheese over a bowl of these puppies, add some hot sauce, maybe some chopt red onion and cilantro. Mmmmmm.

To keep warm, I just did the Walk Away The Pounds 4-Mile Super Challenge. :)
My husband is outside washing his car. It's sunny and beautiful, but only 40-ish or so.
