That just shows once again how ungodly degenerate queers aren't real red-blooded Americans. After all, if you were a true, red-blooded, red-state American, you'd be eating real American food -- McDonald's. :)

I drove from the Bay Area to Minnesota a few years back and I was struck by the fact that in so many of these small bumfuck towns in the Midwest (and Rockies) the most prominent place to eat is a Mickey Dee's.
