I have a purring parrot. Does your cat do this?

Sit up over your shoulder and purr when you are at the computer. It's sort of sweet and sort of annoying as I have to hold her and can only type with 1 hand otherwise she digs in her claws and bites my ear.

I always thought that it was his way of sounding like the keyboard. He would mimic kissing noises by making a stacato 'hu hu hu hu' sound because, well, parrots don't have much in the way of lips :-)
