5. Sorry, I've just got basic cable, and I'm watching 60 Minutes right now.

HBO has great stuff, but I can barely justify the expense of what I've got.

but I wish I hadn't started watching.

I'm not too thrilled with it so far, but I feel that I have so much time invested in the damn program that I have to see it through to the bitter end.

It's like Stephen King on steroids.

13. This is not a superficial series

where you can casually watch while you get the kids ready for bed. It is layered with mystery and suspense; each scene has clues that are building the story. I watch the an episode several times, and each time gather another twisted clue..... I find it amazing.

Hang in there...it is going to cut loose real soon. I read a Clancy Brown, Brother Justin, interview on a web ring for Carnivale.

16. I know, and I pay attention, and understand the big concept...

But I still find it a bit boring and overdone. The kid that plays Ben Hawkins isn't a good actor, and neither is the midget.

There is something seriously wrong with a guy that promotes and encourages stripping and prostituting his wife and daughter, even after it has gotten another daughter killed.

And tonight was just weirder. Looks like the Angel of Death is stalking Sophie, and Adrienne Barbeau (who is STILL a looker) is seeing dead people everywhere. Her and Haley Joel Osmond need to hang out for a bit.

But I'm in it for the long haul. It does seem to be on the upswing. Justin and Iris are going to have it out, sooner rather than later.

But I hope the ultimate good v. evil battle comes this season, because I don't want to have to watch this again. But I will, because I'm no quitter, lol.

17. Sophie's mother

is following her. If you look back at the episode where Ben picks-up Sophie on the road.....just before that there was a scene of Sophie walking. You can look closely and see two shadows; one is Sophie's and the other a taller, veiled shadow...her mother.

Lots, and lots of little clues! Gheeze, this is fun.

my dad is watching Home Shopping Network (I don't know why) and at 8 I will be watching my usual Sunday night programs (Simpsons, Arrested Development, etc...) Then I have to drive back to school :-(
