3. The dollar would still be up. The Euro still down.
Saddam wouldn't be ready to peg the oil to a different currency. Bookstores would have had a bad year with only neocon hate manuals to sell and no 3 million hardcover printing of Clinton's memoirs. Possibly to counter this we'd be on Harry Potter 11.

6. We'd actually still be respected in the world.
We'd have universal health coverage. The economy would be going great. We'd truly be in the 21st century and not rapidly moving into the 14th century. Science would still be seen as important and good.

You know, crazy shit like that.

And the stock market would be booming.

And, since Clinton would have listened to Richard Clarke, there's a good chance 9/11 might never have happened.
