Anyone else home sick today?
I have this nasty bug that's going around ... it's like a cold with a fever. It seems to last 3-4 days, and fortunately this is day 3 for me. Thankfully it isn't the flu.

1. I'm on day 3 as well.
Wish I could've stayed home. Ugh.

3. I have a lingering wannabe cold...
which hasn't decided what it wants to do yet.

Rest and take it easy, and drink lots of tea.

4. Those are the worst kind, aren't they?
Not quite sick enough to stay home, but not feeling good either. Don't you wish it would just shit or get off the pot already?

6. I wish.
I know I'm getting sick but I've been valiantly fighting it for 3 days. Today, I'm losing the battle.

7. Count me in!
Though today is my day off anyway.

I hate being sick on days I already had off.

9. No, but I'm thinking I should be
I've got this nasty tickle in my throat, which is usually a sign that a cold is not far off. I'm using Zicam spray to try to keep it at bay.

I'm feeling pretty icky, actually.

11. The computer's nice cuz it doesn't talk back to you...
or force you to talk out loud to it.

Now some people DO talk out loud to their computers. If that happens, you may have reached a stage well beyond just the sore throat :)
